Shafford 6-1/4" Head Vase W High Ruffled Collar

This head vase is 6-1/4" high and is of a lady with a big black hat with a pink rose in her blonde hair. He has a high gloss finish. It is marked 4613 on the bottom with no manufacturer given but, according to my head vase book, she was made by the Shafford Company. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. I am asking $100.00 plus shipping and insurance.
