This metal bank is a detailed model of a 1926 Pontiac that was put out as advertising for the Albuquerque National Bank in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It measures 5-1/2" long by 3" wide x 3" tall. This bank is a part of a series produced by Banthrico, Inc. of Chicago, Illinois in the late 1950s for various businesses, mostly banks and savings institutions. The slot is not the key-type but rather a lid-type that pops out without need for a key. The bank is in excellent condition with no dents, discoloration or repairs. It comes with its original box which has a one-inch tear on one end. I am asking $17.50 plus shipping. If interested, contact me with your zip code so that I can figure out what shipping would be from Illinois.
